Registration & Fees

PMOPA Members and their Companions receive discounted pricing for the PMOPA Convention & Fly-in. If you are not a current member of PMOPA, you may join now or via the Convention registration form to receive member pricing. Save up to $250 on the registration fee! PMOPA encourages members to register early to save money on the registration fee; there are two early-bird pricing discount windows available. Registration includes access to Convention education sessions, exhibits, and all scheduled meal functions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Additional fees apply for optional activities, including golf and companion tours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

The PMOPA Board of Directors has implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Submitted in Writing by:
September 1, 2024 - 90% refund
October 1, 2024 - 50% refund
October 15, 2024 - no refund
No show, or cancellation not submitted in writing - no refund

 

This policy is in effect because PMOPA incurs costs for the event even if a registrant cancels or does not attend. Please contact PMOPA's Membership Services via email ([email protected]) to cancel your registration. Thank you.
