Join the Piper M-Class Owners & Pilots Association at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. Engage with owners and pilots of all M-Class aircraft. The Exhibit Hall is a highlight of PMOPA’s annual convention as it provides an opportunity for vendors to have in-depth conversations with customers and prospects regarding the services, upgrades and enhancements that will be best for their ownership and flying experience. Exhibitors will have several dedicated exhibit time opportunities to have targeted interactions with convention attendees throughout the Convention.
Booths and FeesPlease complete the Exhibit Application Form to reserve your booth at the 2026 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in. Exhibit Booths Include:
8' deep x 10' wide Price: $1,200 + Exhibit Staff Registration Badge Fees (see below) 8’ deep x 20’ wide Price: $2,400 + Exhibit Staff Registration Badge Fees (see below) Booth selections/assignments will be made based on the sponsorship level and the date the exhibitor application is submitted and payment received. Booth Staff Registration FeesAt the request of exhibitors and sponsors, PMOPA separates the booth fee and exhibit staff registration. Please note that booth personnel registration is in a separate Registration Form (see link below). Exhibitor registration is discounted vs. the attendee registration fee. For 2026, due to the high food and beverage costs at The Broadmoor, PMOPA is offering two badge options for your booth staff. The full access option includes the cost for the Reception and Gala on Saturday evening, October 10. The limited access badge does not include the Saturday evening Reception and Gala. Please be certain to select the correct option for your booth staff to minimize any concerns on-site. Alliance Nationwide Exposition will serve as PMOPA's show decorator again this year. Alliance will send an email to exhibitors providing a log-in to the Alliance Online Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitors who are new users to Alliance Online will be prompted to create a password prior to accessing the event portal. Exhibitors who have accessed Alliance Online in the past will be prompted to log in with their existing credentials consisting of the email address and password previously used to access Alliance’s event portal. Hotel OptionsThe 2026 PMOPA Convention will be held at The Broadmoor resort, which has been awarded the distinguished Five-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide for the 66th consecutive year! The Broadmoor remains the longest-running Forbes Five-Star property in the world. PMOPA has secured a room block with very competitive rates for attendees and exhibitors. The PMOPA group rate is $399/night plus applicable taxes.
