Flower Art Classes Many of you have commented about our beautiful handmade paper flowers which often decorate the Hacienda for special events. Our own ‘Berta’ is the designer and creator of the various types in a myriad of colors. (No Charge)

Spanish Colonial Home Tour You will have a local volunteer guide take you to two or three colonial homes nearby. This walking tour benefits the local scholarship fund for local students. Over more than 50 years, this foreign-based charity operated by our foreign residents has educated hundreds of students from primary grades through college. Your donation makes a difference. A donation of $20.00 (or more) USD can be made by cash or check to ‘Amigos de Educacion de Alamos’.

‘Red Train’ travels through the village on this fun, locally built ride. It’s even more fun the second time! (No Charge)

Aduana Village Tour We will take this morning tour, by bus, to the nearby mining village of Aduana. In the past ten years, it has once again begun to attract new residents, and soon a mining boom will begin. This quiet village was once the highest producing silver town in Mexico! See your itinerary for more details and the bus leaves on time so don’t be late. (You Must Be Signed-up to Take this Tour....no charge)

Fun Things to Do? Explore the village on your own, it’s very safe! There probably isn’t a safer and more interesting village in the entire country than Alamos. Stroll on your own or take a bike! We have complimentary Beach Cruisers, Mountain Bikes, and Three-wheeled Bikes, plus rentals of Electric Bikes, ATVs, and Golf Carts. Reserve in Reception.
